Incosmos Art (hereinafter referred to as the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an application developed and operated by InCosmos Co., Ltd. The App provides users with thousands of curated wallpaper resources, including a selection of free, royalty-free content, as well as exclusive premium resources available only to PRO subscription users. We offer in-app purchase subscription services and support a user community that allows users to upload, share, and distribute original wallpapers, creative works, and/or photographs. To use upload and community features, users must register for and log in to an account.
We place great importance on the protection of users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect limited user information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy. We also recommend that you review our Terms of Service to fully understand your rights and obligations.
I. Information We Collect
1. Information You Voluntarily Provide
When you use account-related features of the App, we may collect limited basic information that you voluntarily provide or authorize through third-party login services, including:
- Apple ID Login: When you sign in with Apple, we may receive information authorized by Apple, such as your Apple ID–associated username and relay or authorized email address. We do not actively collect information outside the scope of Apple’s authorization (e.g., phone numbers not authorized by you).
- Google Account Login: When you sign in with a Google Account, we may receive information authorized by Google, such as your associated email address and username. We strictly comply with Google’s developer data protection requirements.
- Uploaded Content Information: When you upload wallpapers, creative works, and/or photographs, we collect the content files themselves, as well as any descriptions, titles, tags, or other metadata you voluntarily provide.
2. Information Automatically Collected During App Use
To ensure stable operation of the App and improve user experience, we may automatically collect limited non–personally identifiable information, including:
- Device Information: Such as device model, operating system version (iOS/Android), and device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID). These identifiers are used solely for device recognition and anti-fraud purposes and are not directly linked to personal identity.
- Log Information: Including crash reports and abnormal operation logs, which are used exclusively for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and service improvement. Log data is anonymized and does not contain personally identifiable information.
- Usage Information: Such as wallpaper browsing history, download records, and subscription operation records. This information is used only for in-app personalization, content ranking optimization, and service improvement, and is not disclosed externally.
3. Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs
To enable analytics, anti-fraud, and other necessary functionalities, we integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs). Such SDKs may collect limited information as described in this Privacy Policy.
II. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provision and Maintenance of Core Functions: To authenticate accounts via third-party login services, maintain account security, and ensure stable App operation through device information and log analysis.
- Service Optimization and Personalization: To recommend wallpaper content based on your browsing and download history, and to analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve interface design, performance, and loading efficiency.
- Subscription and Community Services: To process in-app purchase subscriptions, verify subscription status, provide PRO-exclusive resources, store and display user-uploaded content, and enable community sharing features.
- Customer Support and Compliance: To verify identity and respond efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and support requests; to monitor compliance with the Terms of Service and maintain community order.
- Legal Compliance and Security: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to investigate, prevent, or take action against suspected or actual illegal activities (e.g., fraud or threats to personal safety). Device identifiers may be used for basic anti-fraud and abuse prevention purposes.
Note: We will not use collected information for purposes not described in this Privacy Policy. If we intend to use information for additional purposes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notices, email, or other appropriate means and obtain your consent where required by law.
III. Third-Party Disclosures and Integrations
1. Third-Party Advertisers
We may work with third-party advertising partners to display advertisements within the App. These advertisers may collect non–personally identifiable information about your visits to this App and other websites or mobile applications (e.g., browsing behavior or device type) to deliver interest-based advertisements. Such data collection and use are governed by the advertisers’ own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Party SDKs
To ensure product stability and enable specific features, we may integrate third-party SDKs. We exercise due diligence in selecting and monitoring such SDKs and require that they collect information only to the extent necessary to provide their agreed-upon functionality and in compliance with applicable laws.

- Function: Statistical analysis, report accuracy calibration using general location data, and basic anti-fraud capabilities
- Types of Information Collected: Device information (e.g., device serial number (SN), IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, SIM IMSI/ICCID), and general geographic location (used solely for report calibration; precise location data is not stored)
- Purpose: Device-based analytics, anti-fraud, and service optimization, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA

If we add, replace, or modify third-party SDKs due to business needs, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and inform you of the SDK name, function, and scope of data collection.
3. Third-Party Login and Payment Platforms
When you log in using a Google Account or Apple ID, the authentication process is handled directly by Google or Apple. We receive only the basic information authorized by you and do not access your third-party account passwords or other sensitive credentials.
In-app subscription purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store payment systems. Payment information (such as bank card numbers or payment passwords) is processed directly by the relevant platform. We do not collect or store such sensitive payment information; we retain only necessary records such as order numbers and subscription status for entitlement verification.
IV. Information Disclosure
We strictly protect your personal information and do not rent, sell, or arbitrarily share your personally identifiable information with third parties. We may disclose information only under the following circumstances:
- With Your Explicit Consent: Where you have expressly authorized disclosure to a specified third party.
- Legal Requirements: Where disclosure is required by applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or governmental authorities, to the extent permitted by law.
- Protection of Rights and Safety: Where necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, fraud, or threats to the safety of any person, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the App, our users, or third parties.
- Aggregated or Anonymized Information: We may disclose aggregated, non–personally identifiable information (e.g., overall usage statistics or download volumes) that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.
V. Account Deletion and Content Removal
You may request deletion of your uploaded content and/or account termination at any time by contacting us. Upon verification of your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and related content in accordance with applicable laws. Please note:
- After account deletion, personal data such as login information and usage records will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law or for security and compliance purposes (e.g., anonymized subscription transaction records), in accordance with applicable data retention standards.
- Publicly shared content that has already been downloaded by other users to their local devices is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for deletion of such copies.
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through the official channels of Google Play or the Apple App Store; otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically upon expiration of the current billing cycle.
VI. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

Please include the following information in your request to facilitate identity verification and processing:
- Request Type: Clearly state “Request for Personal Data Deletion.”
- Identity Verification Information: Account-related details (e.g., Google/Apple login email, username, or user ID).
- Scope of Request: Specify the data you wish to have deleted (e.g., account information, uploaded content).
Processing Procedure:
- Identity Verification: We will contact you within 1–3 business days to verify your identity or request additional information if necessary.
- Execution: Upon successful verification, we will complete deletion or anonymization of the relevant data within 15 business days.
- Confirmation: We will notify you by email once processing is complete.
Note: Certain data may be retained where required by law or regulation (e.g., financial transaction records or security audit backups). In such cases, we will inform you of the legal basis and retention period.
VII. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations. Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights (such as significant changes to data collection or usage), we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other appropriate means. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse, including:
- Technical Measures: Encryption of stored personal information (e.g., AES encryption) and transmission via HTTPS protocols to prevent interception or tampering.
- Access Controls: Strict internal access controls, role-based permissions, and audit logging to ensure accountability and traceability.
- Security Audits: Regular security assessments and vulnerability remediation to mitigate risks such as hacking or malicious attacks.
Please be aware that no security measures can provide absolute protection. We are not responsible for breaches resulting from third parties circumventing security measures. You are responsible for safeguarding your third-party login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
